Claims Supervisor/Manager Group Benefit Services
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the claims department within the TPA which includes enrollment, claims processing and customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Thorough understanding of the ASI claims and billing system.
2. Set up new groups within ASI system along with general plan building and maintenance as changes occur.
3. Ensure that each self-funded group?s claims and enrollment is processed on a timely basis and that established turnaround goals and objectives are met.
