  LOSS MITIGATOR Under limited supervision, contacts delinquent customers to effectively resolve complex issues regarding past due payments while minimizing company losses (heavy phone usage). Responsibilities will include direct contact with Realtors, Brokers, Title companies and customers. Should be familiar with: foreclosure laws and timelines, bankruptcy proceedings, forbearance agreements, short sales, sale of note, modifications, and deed in lieu of foreclosures. The position requires excellent negotiation and sales skills, and the ability to analyze and evaluate with borrower and collateral. Must possess strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communications skills and strong knowledge of collection laws.
