The successful candidate will have: Strong knowledge of Federal and AZ state employment laws BS/BA in Business Administration/Human Resources or a related field A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resource Generalist experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Non-profit experience a plus. Strong verbal & written communication skills & ability to multi-task for FT position PHR certification preferred.
