PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVECatholic Healthcare West - San Mateo, CAThe Patient Account Representative facilitates reimbursement of all claims as rapidly as possible from the date of service through claim submission, in order to maximize cash collections and minimize uncollected accounts. Claims submission includes interface with, and control of, documents from the Medical Information Department, Case Management, Review Organizations, Information Systems, Admissions/Registration Areas, and Ancillary Departments. These processes and procedures ensure that all accounts are processed in an efficient and expeditious manner while assuring the integrity of each patient account.
