Concrete Superintendent
Concrete Superintendent to run small commercial construction concrete crew.?
MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish)
Leads and directs daily construction activities.? Has a thorough knowledge of construction methods and procedures as well as an extensive knowledge in concrete finishing and paving.? Reviews, understands and communicates work assignments, plans and specifications to crew/?team.? Works with the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager to develop and implement the work plans at the crew level.?
Has a good understanding of OSHA and standard safety procedures; ensures teams meet company safety goals and requirements.? Has basic safety credentials, OSHA 10 and valid drivers' license.?
