Job Description: Music Facilitator Salt Lake City Territory A Music Facilitator is an independent contractor who will lead music and activities sessions to residents of Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Each facilitation session will incorporate a lesson from the assigned curriculum of Music Outreach and will generally last approximately one hour. The Facilitator will direct a music session which may include playing an instrument of choice, instructing residents to use small instruments while singing along, interacting with residents through asking questions and encouraging participation, or other activities.
