Along with responsibility for personal mortgage production, the Retail Sales Supervisor directs the work of other external/outside mortgage sales professionals and assists in establishing and monitoring goals, implementing policies and procedures, and managing price protection. This position recruits, selects, orients, and trains mortgage loan officers, recommends and/or makes decisions in personnel-related matters.
