The job duties for this position would include: -Re-vamping the current office management system. -Providing a systematic approach to all the admin work at the site. -Supervising staff of 2-3 office admins who are establishing a new office of support services. The ideal candidate should have the following skills: - Excellent supervisory experience. - Knowledge of the latest technology of office systems. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus Hours are flexible, and it is a 40-hour work week, Monday thru Friday.
