Growing 100+ bed facility has engaged the services of McCall & Lee for an Evening Pharmacist position. The facility has a strong team and VERY low turnover. The ideal candidate shall combine clinical duties with Staff Pharmacist activities in order to maximize appropriate, safe, and cost effective drug therapy within the hospital. Pharmacist will manage and monitor drug utilization through the use of a formulary and the use of a formal, systematic process for tracking drug use. Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in team environment. Must be able to use skills in all aspects of drug therapy, including procurement, dispensing, education, administration, monitoring and adjustment.
