Customer Care ManagerWashington Sports Club - Washington, DCJob Description SCOPE OF THE POSITION The Customer Care Manager is responsible for attending to all customers and member inquiries, managing the operations of the front desk, supervising the housekeeping and babysitting departments, facilities upkeep, and handling administrative functions at the club level. In the event of a General Manger's absence, the Customer Care Manager will be expected to fulfill the role of General Manager.
