The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Oversold list and order maintenance in relation to oversold * Assist in Production functions as needed * Update and distribute several reports on a weekly basis, enter contracts, stock availability, style master set up and maintenance for multiple brands * Some communication with foreign buying offices, sales & customer service. * Other duties as required by brand such as filing, organizing and compiling * Occasional travel into New York City as required by brand.
