The Media Buyer is specifically responsible for identifying and executing written agreements with cost-effective, scalable and targeted sources of media than can provide qualified and profitable traffic to LowerMyBills & ClassesUSA. In addition, the Media Buyer is also responsible for insuring that sources maintain the minimum acceptable metrics/goals.
