Bombardier - Dallas, TXThe Owner Relations Coordinator supports the processes and functions necessary to ensure timely communication, correspondence and administration of our customer focused programs and processes. The processes include, but are not limited to: Owner flight follow-up; Owner history and preferences; documentation of Owner issues/feedback; issue investigation and resolution; and Owner communication and follow-up. Introduce Owner to FJ program and ensure ease of transition from Prospect to Owner. Collect, develop, and maintain Owner preferences and profiles to ensure Owner needs and desires are always recognized and current. Perform daily flight follow-up phone calls to Owners after trips are completed. Perform customer satisfaction survey calls to Owners on a periodic basis. Provide timely reporting...
