Health Care AttorneyAjilon Professional Staffing - Washington, DCA premier law firm is seeking a Health Care Attorney to join its growing Health Care practice in the downtown Washington DC office. This Health Care Attorney position requires the candidate to have excellent academic credentials with a minimum of 4-6 years of law firm and/or in-house legal department experience in dealing with general health care corporate matters. The successful Health Care Attorney candidate will have a background in corporate health care transactions (i.e. joint ventures, M & A), federal health care regulatory matters (i.e. Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act), health insurance (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, health insurance reimbursement matters), managed health care, and other related matters.
