Semiconductor Process Engineer - Test and YieldTriQuint Semiconductor - Hillsboro, ORJob Summary: - Develop and revise PCM test structure layouts as required. - Develop and sustain process control monitor (PCM) testing at the wafer level. - Monitor and report on PCM related wafer fab yield loss. - Monitor fab process Cpks, own SPC system and lead monthly SPC review meeting. - Interface with Operations group, Equipment Engineering and other engineering groups to address cross-functional yield and quality challenges. - Engage in capacity improvement and cost reduction projects. - Work flexible hours as needed to support 24x7 manufacturing environment.
