Performs clerical responsibilities related to a specific unit or department. Posts and reconciles department charges. Transcribes physician orders. Maintains accurate and appropriate patient information on the chart. Also performs certain elements of patient care, including assisting patients with activities of daily living and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
