Position Summary The Generalist, Human Resources will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and referral of candidates for assigned open positions at the Georgia Aquarium. The Generalist shall be responsible for accurate and timely administration of Organizational policies, practices, and procedures, assisting with management and staff training, HR communications, aid in first level employee relations and Team Member exiting procedures as well as interfacing with internal and external customers.
