Dental Assistant - Pediatric DentistryUmdnj - Newark, NJQualifications: Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting Program. Certification as a Dental Assistant in the State of New Jersey. Valid Dental Radiological Technology License issued by the New Jersey Department of Environment Protection. Two (2) years of prior dental experience is highly preferred. Bi-Lingual helpful, but not required. Responsibilities: Assists postdoctoral and undergraduate dental students during the examination and treatment of pediatric dental patients. Performs both chairside and desk side duties. Performs clerical, sterilizing and miscellaneous tasks supporting the various programs in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.
