Responsibilities: * Answer signal lights, bells or intercom to determine resident's needs; take/record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food/fluid intake and output * Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care; drape residents for examinations and treatments; remain with resident to perform duties such as holding instruments and adjusting lights * Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding * Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas * Clean, sterilize, store, prepare...
