Patent AttorneyAstraZeneca - Wilmington, DEResponsibilities Description: Patent Attorneys provide all basic aspects of patent drafting and prosecution service to assigned AZ client areas and will also handle general aspects of patent work in collaboration with Senior/Principal Patent Attorneys. They will be accountable for developing and implementing project specific patent strategies for their assigned clients. Major Responsibilities: Act as an attorney of record for US prosecution. Independently draft and prosecute a patent portfolio relating to an assigned client area.
