He/she will: Develop and execute procedures to remove/inactivate pathogens during the manufacture of plasma-derived or recombinant products. Design and/or build bench scale models or specialized equipment. Write methods, protocols and technical reports in support of product/process development, provide recommendations based on research outcomes, and transfer development projects to validation groups. Supervise junior scientists and mentor them in their professional development. Work flexible hours as necessary.
