Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: * Monitor assigned portfolio of customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize collections. Deal professionally with both internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) though prompt collection of customer AR balances. * Develop business relationships with customers to facilitate dispute resolution.*...
