AppleCare Learning Systems AdministratorApple - Cupertino, CAThe AppleCare LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the AppleCare integrated Plateau system, from maintenance of functionality, issue investigation and feedback, report management, and providing LMS support to users and back-end administrators. The LMS Administrator is the primary interface for customer problem reports related to the LMS. This position works closely with the IS&T, training content developers, multimedia producers, training delivery, and other AppleCare Support Program team members.
