This position is responsible for providing strategic legal and business advice for InfiLaw in the areas of corporate and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, domestic and international corporate transactions, business development, corporate finance, capital fund-raising, litigation management, contracts, human resources, and the evaluation, selection and monitoring of outside legal counsel.
