Music Ministry Director job at First United Methodist Church of Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ

The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week. The music director supervises and coordinates with a part time worship accompanist/organist. Duties include: --In coordination with the senior pastor, create and lead worship services/experiences 3 each Sunday morning and several special occasion services through the year. --Direct Adult and Handbell Choirs; rehearse the Praise Band and coordinate 3 children choir choir directors. --Serve to enhance, grow and coordinate the music ministry in concert with overall ministry and program of the church.
