Quality Management CoordinatorFarmland Foods - Cumming, GAPOSITION SUMMARY: A growth oriented leadership role within the plant QM department that stands in for the QM Manager. Responsibilities include direct management of shift Quality Management staff and inspection duties that encompass all SPC, Technicians responsibilities and knowledge. The QM Coordinator is responsible for shift daily duties and project objectives, as instructed by the QM Manager, and for affecting all products, QMS and SPC inspections. Must provide solid leadership to achieve the company, plant, and department goals through various management, evaluation and improvement strategies aimed at improving overall quality and profitability.
