Fitness Director/Health and Wellness DirectorYoung Men's Christian Association - Chicago, ILThis postion is for South Side and Wabash locations. Primary responsibilities: develop, implement, and administer high quality health and fitness programs. Promote healthy lifestyles that include a general adherence to exercise, conditioning, and well-being. Develop and supervise wellness center programs and staff. Manage personal fitness programs and other member health enhancement programs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in fitness or equivalent education experience. Practical and managerial experience in fitness testing, personal training, fitness classes, and special events. Must have teaching and training abilities.
