Quality Maintenance Technician ISears - Columbia, MDRequisition ID: 72594BR Job Description The Quality Maintenance Technician (QMT) will provide support for facilities maintenance and adherence to building safety standards in Sears Holdings Corporation facilities. The QMT will work in conjunction with other Quality Maintenance Technicians as assigned. The QMT is expected to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) Checks as assigned, and to complete basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks in order to maintain the interior and exterior of the building(s). The QMT assists the stores/units in maintaining the standards and disciplines needed to positively impact energy usage. The QMT may be assigned to one (1) unit location or to a group of units.
