Patient Services Support ClerkRemx Financial Staffing - Northbrook, ILOur healthcare client in the north suburbs is looking for several candidates to support their Patient Services Group! This resource supports the final step in managing quality checks for clinical mailing requests. They review the request form, validate the letter template is approved and correctly set-up, and QA the data file to make sure the data is pulling through based on requested parameters. When all elements are in check they secure sign-off from the Supervisor to move the project to production for printing. Once the print job is complete they manage the final review process by physically doing sample checks of the printed communications ensuring the final product is in pristine condition (accuracy and appearance - no smudges, toner quality good, full address on envelope, etc.).
