The freelancer must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years' relevant editorial experience. Strong substantive editing and copyediting skills. Ability to apply in-house style guide, supplemented by Chicago Manual of Style. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and use of track changes. Ability to coordinate effectively with author-historians.
