OBIE is a non-inflatable, soft material outfit in the form of a blood drop. The outfit fits over your head, comes to your knees (depending on your height). White hand gloves, and shoe coverings. Arms and legs are exposed, depending on the season, a short or long sleeve shirt, jeans or shorts can be worn under the mascot outfit. OBIE is present at large or special blood mobiles; he helps recruits blood donors to donate blood and usually has a handler walking by him for safety.
