Manager of Financial Reporting (SEC)Stephen James Associates - Plantation, FLOur Client has engaged us to identify top talent to manage their financial reporting process. The manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Company's financial reporting to the SEC (including preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and the annual proxy statement), GAAP research, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation. This position will report to the Corporate Controller and will work with other members of the Accounting and Finance team, the Chief Financial Officer (and other members of senior management) and external and internal auditors.
