Teaching Parent Coordinator
The Teaching Parent Coordinator provides care and education for developmentally disabled youth in a residential setting. The Coordinator is responsible for the following: *Provides for moral/spiritual/educational development *Teaches and counsels youth on appropriate skills and behaviors *Serves as a role model for youth by exhibiting skills taught in program. *Provides and fosters loving, caring, and safe environment *Supervises activities of Teaching Parent Associate & Teaching Parents *Manages budget *Acts as a liaison for consumers, outside agencies, and internal personnel *Serves as a role model in carrying out Youth Care Inc.s mission REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: 1.
