Secret Shopper SupportFairfax County Park Authority, Park Services Division - Fairfax, VATo enhance RECenters and other FCPA park facilities and their service to customers by documenting and evaluating the quality of service provided in response to telephone inquiries. The volunteer makes anonymous calls from home or from headquarters to ?shop? each RECenter or facility as a customer. Follows and completes the Secret Shopper Evaluation form for each call. Evaluates, records, and reports call information. Experience with customer service preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and good communication skills are essential. Volunteer must be at least 21 years old. Average of four hours per week. Prefer a 6 month commitment.
