PT Business Services Specialist
Provides positive customer interface, obtains, and enters in computer all information needed for patients seen in the Clinic, to ensure accurate billing. This is a part time position, 4 pm to 10 pm Monday thru Thursday at our Germantown after hours clinic.
Greets visitors and patients to determine their needs, scans insurance cards, and verifies and updates insurance information and demographics. Checks insurance eligibility. Determines and reviews financial responsibilities and insurance coverage with patients. Collects copays, coinsurances or other balances owed on accounts. Performs other related tasks as requested.
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a physician's office preferred. Must be computer literate. Demonstrated typing abilities preferred.
