This individual will be responsible for documenting the Engineering Design, Scope, and User/Endpoint Counting methods for Managed Services offerings of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unified Contact Center (CUCC) IP PBX systems, as well as assessment of software maintenance releases to determine the associated impacts to the back-office management systems. This person may also assist IT Development with lab system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of these systems prior to product launch.
