Director of Youth & Family Ministries
1. Work with the Pastor, Elders and program Staff to coordinate youth ministry for middle school and senior high school students with the ministry of the total church.
2. Support youth and family ministries by planning and programming fellowship activities.
3. Build relationships with the parents of young people in the youth groups.
4. Recruit, incorporate, retain, train, encourage and support lay people in the various volunteer ministries of working with young people in the church.
5. Provide for growth of youth groups.
6. Manage the annual budget and administrative aspects of youth ministry.
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in Youth Ministry or Bachelor degree plus equivalent experience accepted.
