Georgia-Pacific - Green Bay, WITRANSPORTATION PLANNING SPECIALIST Requisition ID 2165 Full/Part Time Full-time Location GREEN BAY WI Description Responsibilities: Dispatch operation of multiple dedicated fleets that will be utilized within the GP network of mills, plants, warehouses and wastepaper vendors. Review planned shipment data with dedicated carriers. Review shipment data with inbound and outbound planners. Resolve operational and service issues. Maintain and review dedicated performance billing, deadhead, weekly miles/driver and on time service levels. Process all less than full truckloads for GP customer orders. Coordinate all direct store deliveries and promotional events. Includes FCS optimization, shipment planning, carrier selection, tracing and tracking for on time delivery.
