JOB DESCRIPTION Our foundation will be receiving a multi-year grant to implement a project to assess a range of the leading proposals for innovative financing and other policies aimed at promoting the discovery and development of new health products (principally drugs, vaccines, diagnostics) for the major health problems of the poor in developing countries. The findings will help R&D funders to decide whether to endorse, adopt, and finance these proposed new policies. The project will also build capacity to perform such assessments, including in policy research institutions in developing countries.
