Technical Support Specialist (Product Safety and Compliance)Sony Computer Entertainment America - Foster City, CABased in the operations group of Sony Computer Entertainment America, the Technical Support Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Product Safety and Compliance. This is a demanding and fast paced position requiring consumer support utilizing the following channels, - Tech Support Calls - Alleged Incident Calls - Web RMA Support - Executive Escalations - Fulfillment. The candidate's primary role will be taking escalated customer support calls for alleged safety incidents and will be required to investigate, diagnose and resolve moderate to complex customer issues.
