Human Resource ManagerJob Purpose: This position is responsible for the development, management, and execution of people processes for the Irmo, South Carolina Plant. Major Responsibilities: · Manage and coordinate the recruiting, interviewing and selection process for all open positions and departments within the South Carolina (SC) plant. · Partner with plant manager and other leaders to ensure that all business decisions at the Irmo plant also involve a strategic HR component (capacity mgmt, org design, training etc). · Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation for all new employees.
