VP of Field Marketing and Operations
Vice President of Field Marketing and Field Operations will report into the CEO and have primary responsibility for refining the companys current field marketing program and organization and building out the field marketing teams and organization in new geographic markets. This candidate should have significant experience with fast growing consumer brands and creating and executing on guerilla and field marketing programs. In addition, this candidate should have built and managed field teams (consisting of company and temporary employees) across many cities and markets. This person will work closely with home office and sales team to plan, create, execute and review all brand and field programs, with primary emphasis towards consumer trial & product education.
