  Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties is not exhaustive,and duties may be added,deleted or changed at any time. o Provide Tier 1 customer support for a large user base via email and telephone o Capture and track customer requests using a call tracking application o Perform basic troubleshooting o Escalate issues to Tier 2 support when necessary o Perform Daily Backups procedures and assist employees with restores Knowledge,Skills and Abilities o Customer service oriented people with a background in a technical support environment. Excellent communication skills a must. Candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision. Some moderate lifting may be required. Occasional overtime may be required.
