The purpose of the proposals is to seek funding for our programs from qualified grant-making organizations. The volunteer would be capable of researching funding opportunities within fixed guidelines, initiating and maintaining contact with foundations and writing grants for eligible funding. This requires a volunteer with strong research, writing and analytical skills. Prior experience in writing grant proposals for nonprofit organizations is a plus. This position is virtual; therefore, the volunteer may be located anywhere in the world.
