  Eye Care Specialists - Milwaukee, WI

  Our client is looking for a Clinical Manager to assist the doctors and staff in providing comprehensive, quality services to the patients of the clinic. Job responsibilities include: Supervise 15-20 staff in a fast paced environment. Manage doctors' schedules. Supervise front desk reception and medical assistants. Work with staff and doctors in scribe, technical and reception areas. Human Resources responsibilities including hiring, disciplinary actions and approval of vacation and PTO. Oversee administrative duties including mailing accounts payable payments. Assist with dictation letters to referring doctors. Assist staff with clinical testing and duties to help cover patient flow. Work with Practice Administrator on special projects. Write and review job duties/responsibilities of all staff...
