Learning & Development ManagerUnited States Olympic Committee - Colorado Springs, COThe Learning & Development Manager has responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, directing and implementing the learning and development programs for the US Olympic Committee. The position reports to the Director Human Resources, and is based in Colorado Springs. The successful candidate must be knowledgeableof best practices in learning and organizational effectiveness, and must be a consultative solution provider. The candidate also must be able to switch between the strategic & tactical duties seamlessly.
