This position exists to recruit, train and supervise hospice volunteers assuring that volunteers services meet the growing and changing needs of the hospice program and its clients. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Liberal arts/science education 12 years post high school or commensurate experience. Licensing/Certification Requirements: None. Minimum Qualifications: Previous volunteer experience. 12 years of previous leadership experience in either/or professional or volunteer capacity. 12 years of work experience in a service related business.
