Consolidated Data Environment to enable singular source of truth and expertise on the domestic mortgage portfolio enabling sr. management reporting, regulatory reporting, loss forecasting, model building, and with complete loan level history to be used for HFI, HFS and other portfolio constructs2. Governance of Data Environment, to include governance across functions such as Finance and Servicing who rely on the same systems as Risk this should be led by IT with significant leadership/input from Risk3.
