RN, Clinical Coordinator (Registered Nurse)Saddleback Memorial Medical Center - Laguna Hills, CARequirements: Current CA RN license, BCLS, PALS and ACLS with a minimum of 3 years recent PACU and Critical Care experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting. Prior experience in a supervisory/management role desired. Primarily responsible for providing clinical expertise in patient care to patients and families. Additional responsibilities include educational development of the Registered Nurse and unlicensed employee in the service work setting and through formal presentations. Responsibilities include participation in ongoing evaluations of the above staff members and provision of clinical leadership to guide patient care delivery, patient flow and unit operations/supplies for the assigned shift.
