Lincoln Health Network Value Analysis Team model. Accountable to the Network Director, Supply Chain for assuring achievement of the initiative goals related to quality assurance, non-labor cost management, work process redesign, customer service, product standardization and item master integrity. S/he establishes non-labor cost management strategies via the value analysis model.
